These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Sangam Tour & Travels ("we", "us", "our"), a registered travel agency operating from 174/51, Chak Raghunath, Naini, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh 211008.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sangam Tour & Travels.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Quotations provided are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may vary depending on season, demand, and fuel costs.
2. Payment Terms
- A minimum advance of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm any booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of travel.
- Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or any mutually agreed method.
- All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 15+ days before travel: 80% refund of advance.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before travel: 50% refund of advance.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel: No refund.
- In case of unforeseen natural events (floods, extreme weather), full credit or reschedule is offered.
4. Vehicle & Driver Services
- All vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained to ensure safety.
- Drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and familiar with the routes.
- Night driving (after 10 PM) is discouraged for safety and may be refused by the driver.
- Vehicle type is guaranteed as per the booking; substitution with an equivalent or higher vehicle may occur in rare cases.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
- Travellers must carry valid identification documents at all times during the journey.
- Any damage caused to vehicles by travellers will be charged accordingly.
- Travellers are responsible for their own belongings and valuables.
- Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sangam Tour & Travels acts as a facilitator for transport and accommodation. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, government restrictions, or acts of God. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage beyond the scope of our direct services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
